Adding another layer of intrigue, the video features a motel cleaner who, while listening to “Everything I Hate About You,” methodically cleans the rooms. Her routine is shattered when she discovers the desperate woman and the aftermath of the murder. Just as she is about to call 911, the woman intervenes, leaving viewers on edge.
