A bar to watch games, a main dining room for a family dinner, an eventroom for special occasions, an outdoor patio for nice days, and a pizza oven.
B3 Restaurant &Bar opened in March at the Kingston Collection and the three sibling owners, restaurateurs of 3 Brothers Bar & Grill in Hanover, are ready to make their mark.
"We wanted to have something thatworked for everybody, and Hanover has become that place," Melsi Xhengo, one of the owners,said. "Kingston doesn't have many restaurants, and when we found out about this we wanted to bring the same atmosphere and make it the townhangout spot."
Xhengo said he and his brothers, Edison andVladmir Xhengo, are known for theirroast beef sandwiches from their previous business, Brother's Roast Beef and Pizza. Their goal was to bring a similar type of food to B3 Restaurant &Bar, but to "spice it up."

The steak tips, chicken kabobs, Greek saladand calzones were pulled fromBrother's Roast Beef and Pizza.B3 Restaurant &Bar has six saladsand 15 appetizers.MelsiXhengo said the steak-and-cheese egg rolls and fried cauliflowerare popular picks.
The menu has sandwiches and burgers, flatbreads and three types of steaks:grilled sirloin, French ribeyeand skirt. Each comeswith a choice of two sides and iscooked in the wood-fired grill.
Chef Thomy Nieto, a Weymouthresidentwho has worked in the industry for 13 years and attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Cambridge,said the steaks come with a mushroom sauce made fromshiitake mushrooms and are infused with flavor from porcini mushrooms.
He works with seafood often andsaidhe loves the pasta options, all topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
The grilled salmon and steak tips are the best-selling items,MelsiXhengo said. A few items will be swappedin the spring and the winter to fit the feel of the seasons.

For the pizza, the sauce is on top of the cheese.The dough is made in-house daily and cooked in a wood oven.
"Everybody loves (the pizza),"Xhengo said. "It's been a great hit."
A breakfast menuis offered from 11 a.m. to 1p.m. weekends. Desserts are also made in-house.
The bar offers 20 taps. Beer optionsinclude local breweries, such as Untold Brewery in Scituate and Widowmaker Brewery in Braintree. The baralso offers signature co*cktails anda variety of wines.
"It's a great atmosphere,"Xhengo said. "I see it in Hanover, people come in at 5 o'clock just to grab a seat at the bar, so it's starting to happen in here."

Guests can look forward to dining on the patio.Xhengo said he will workwith the town to add live music.Eventually, they also hope to have a livecooking showin the events roomthat used to be The Studio.
"I always tell my people herethat costumers come in for a good time, that we have to make sure that we give that to them,"Xhengo said.
Get to know the brothers
Xhengo and his brothers lived in Albania and Greece before moving to the United Statesin 1998. Melsi Xhengo was 20 at the time. When he arrived he didn't know how to speak English. He began working at Nick's Place in Lexington, where he learned the restaurant business.
In 2000, the trioopenedBrother's Roast Beef and Pizza. They had seven locations at one time, with the first in Malden, followed byQuincy, Weymouth, Abington, Brookline, Dedham and Kingston. The establishmentshave since been sold to family and friends.
The brothers opened 3 Brothers bar & Grill in Hanover in 2018. He said his Hanover and Kingston restaurantswere inspired byAlba's in Quincy. Atthe time, the brothers lived on the North Shore and relocated to Hanover, where Melsi Xhengo noticed a lack of restaurants.
"We bought this building on Washington Street(in Hanover). It was a vacant building at the time so we tore it down, put a total new building and that's how we started Brothers Grill," hesaid.

After mall owners reached out to the brothers, who were already searching for a second location, they took the leap in Kingston.B3 Restaurant &Bartook the place of Bar Rustic.
MelsiXhengo said it has been a slow start, though they are starting to see regular customersvisit multiple times a week and Friday and Saturday nights are busy.
"It will take a little time, but it will become an attraction for people tocome in, grab a drink, hang out,"Xhengosaid.
