First time in Dublin and this new hotel is in a great location and just recently opened. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and go out of there way to make you feel welcomed. The rooms are a little small but that is expected. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really good. They have a hot breakfast, which is really tasty. I would stay there again! Thanks for making my stay a good one!

I loved staying at the Staycity hotel! The location is great, so close to breakfast places, restaurants and the City Center. The rooms were clean, carefully designed, practical and comfortable! Amazing shower and comfortable beds. There’s loads of outlets too. The lobby is beautiful and you can buy drinks, snacks and necessities! The service personal was more than amazing! Ipek checked us in and was super helpful, kind and welcoming throughout our stay! We have already recommended this hotel and will be staying again during our next trip to Dublin.

This hotel is fantastic. The hotel & rooms are well designed, clean and fully equipped. The staff at check-in were polite, kind and accommodating. We were able to check-in 2 hrs early. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect. Walking distance to several bars, restaurants, shopping and tourist sites. The breakfast was delicious. Although not included with our room, it was well worth the price we paid. Aurora, our hostess, was sweet and helpful. We totally would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very happy with our stay here! First time in Ireland and this is a great central location that is walking distance to shopping, food and attractions. We had 3 guests to a room with lots of space and comfy beds. Quiet and comfortable with lots of amenities including a kitchenette, extra bedding and toiletries. The front desk is very helpful and if you need anything for your room it is complimentary. They have a cafe in the lobby as well as options to buy drinks and snacks. Our stay was fantastic!

Lovely place near the heart of Dublin! Wonderful, well located hotel/apartments. The units are compact, but are neat, clean and very well equipped with everything you might need for either a short or longer stay. Units allow for self-catering and have all the essentials to be able to do so - including a dishwasher - and a good selection of cooking supplies - pot, pan, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron etc. We found the room very comfortable. The staff were welcoming, helpful and attentive and made us feel at home. Overall a great place, well recommended!

I recently stayed at Staycity Apart Hotel in Dublin, and it was an outstanding experience. Ana the receptionist, in particular, made our stay exceptional. Their friendly and helpful demeanor added immense value to our visit. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but it was the staff that truly stood out. Thanks to their exceptional service, I'll definitely be returning to Staycity Apart Hotel in the future. The staff here are the best!

Amazing place! I spent just two nights there few weeks ago. Staff made me feel very welcome! I am sure the other customers can say the same. Starting at the reception with Vick and Dani (If I am not wrong). Apartment was great! Big bath with shower, good kitchen, I felt like I was in home. Also, a great location, around 5 min walk to center or Temple Bar. I can’t forget to mention the breakfast which was amazing! I have to say: Aurora, Jessica and Giulia, they made my mornings so much better, they were very kind and helpful. Definitely next time in Dublin, maybe St. Patrick's, I will stay there again!

My stay here couldn't have been better. The amenities were wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Axel and Arina were both wonderful and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze. The room came fully stocked with kitchen supplies and was very clean when we arrived. The location was perfect for getting around Dublin by foot. Overall a wonderful stay for two nights!

Rooms were very clean and tidy. Staff was super helpful at the front desk! They let us drop baggage off early and had us text a number 20 minutes after check out time and they let us know our bags were ready. Ruslana gave us some really great breakfast recommendations! They set up a taxi for us to leave back to the airport when needed. Super helpful!

Michelle K — Google review

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff was exceptionally kind & friendly, special shout-out to Axel, Alba & Fabio for being so fantastic. My room was super comfortable, the breakfast delicious, & I appreciated all the thoughtful extras, like a food pantry in the lobby that sold organic soups. Thank you for a great stay!

I stayed at this hotel last weekend and I really enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast plentiful. The rooms are really well organized. The location is great, a stone's throw from Temple Bar. Special thanks to Elena who welcomed us and gave great advice on where to go drinking. I owe you a beer!

Stayed here for the weekend with a group of friends. We arrived early and was able to check in and access our rooms as soon as we arrived. Rooms are spacious and very clean, great location central to everything we needed. Ate breakfast here on both mornings and the food was lovely. All staff couldn’t have been any more accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Especially Tommy, Federico and Alberto. Would 100% recommend and will definitely book here again if I was to return to Dublin. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

This apartment-style hotel was in a good location, close to many pubs, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The bar and restaurant on site were open very late (well past midnight) and offered good choices for a late night meal. The laundry facilities were great to have: they have 5 washers and 5 dryers, which cost a total of about $8 for a full load. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating on rooms and comfort was due to the limited availability in storage for clothing, and the bathroom and shower were tight, but other than that the fully equipped kitchen and ample living room space were great. We would stay here again.

Julio A — Google review

My husband, my 5 years old son and I spent a weekend here and had a very nice time. The place is located right by the central Dublin and a few minutes walking from temple bar. The room is pretty small but had a modern design and a stylish furniture. It is especially isolated, so much that we could not hear anything from the adjacent rooms. The kitchen corner is fully fitted, the bathroom is very large and the beds really comfortable. The place is clean and has a nice easygoing atmosphere thanks to the people of the staff who are extremely friendly. On overall, very recommended place to stay.

Cleanliness: 4/5Service: 3.5/5Comfort: 4/5Noise: 4/5Overall: Location, Location, Location. It's a good location and very walkable. The only thing that I didn't like was on the day of checkout someone tried to get into our room around 7am-8am when the do not disturb was on the door. Thankfully we had the door latch on but this was a little startling. The extended review...Cleanliness: 4/5 - The linens and towels were clean which is all I can ask for.Service: 3.5/5 - Friendly staff except for the whole thing about someone coming trying to come into our room in the morning. Kayla and Vicky were nice at checkout when we had to store our luggage before our flight.Comfort: 4/5 - A very comfortable room where I was able to get some good rest. We slept very well in the room and even slept in for once. The kitchen was also a nice thing so i was able to boil some water to act as a humidifier.Noise: 4/5 - Pretty quiet which was nice to catch up on rest.

A truly perfect place to stay. The rooms are cozy and well stocked with all the essentials to feel like a home away from home. Great location near all the top sites with friendly staff to make it the perfect visit. A special thanks to Ricardo and Luis for going above and beyond to make me feel welcome after a long day of traveling. I will definitely be back soon. Also a special thanks to Aurora for helping me survive breakfast, and to Sham and Ipek for assisting with the last minute booking changes. And lastly to Dani and Vicky for a smooth checkout.

Stayed for my partners 40th and we are really happy we booked here. Lovely hotel, modern and clean. So central for all of the tourist spots.Staff where so friendly and Nothing was too much trouble. I’m unsure of the girls name who checked us in but she was young and only just turned 18 yet she made us feelSo welcome and ensured we could check in as soon as possible from our 8am arrival. She gave us some great recommendations - we would definitely stay here again!

Aimee B — Google review

My mother and I both really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was wonderful, and contained aspects for all (from sweet to savory). I was extremely glad to have Aurora to help guide us, and her kindness was an added bonus. The hotel was in an interesting location, but it puts you in the heart of Dublin. The rooms themselves weren’t spacious, but more than enough space for two people with efficient storage areas and shelving. I would recommend a stay at this hotel if you’re spending the night in Dublin :)

Delaney S — Google review

We stayed there at the end of July, took a room with a queen bed 2 parents and our teenage daughter. The location is EXCELLENT, very close to everything, a walking distance to the main attractions of the city. The air conditioning is good, rooms are clean, but the rooms are small, with almost no storage space. When you open the third bed, there's very little space left in the room...The staff is friendly and super helpful, and you can get something to eat in the hotel itself (Pizza level stuff). All in all, VERY good choice if you're interest is in a good hotel, in a great location.I'd definitely return here.

Oren B — Google review

We had a wonderful stay at StayCity Dublin, City Centre in July. The suites are affordable, clean and the location is great. My only criticism is that they have plenty of room to include a dresser or wardrobe of some kind, as they cater to longer visits. Otherwise, the rooms are great and they have a great space in the lobby (inside and outside) to socialize, with a fabulous breakfast in the mornings and wonderful co*cktails and pizzas in the evening. Manager, Vicky, and her staff provided wonderful service for our large group. I would definitely stay there again and consider StayCity in other locations.

Derryn L — Google review

I do not recommend. They rush you and don't listen. I checked in and asked for ground or first floor. They gave me the 4th floor. The room I reserved was for 1 double bed. They gave me a room with 2 single beds. When I went to take a shower the tub was plugged with hair and started to spill on the bathroom floor. I had to unplug it to finish my shower.Next morning I went downstairs in a rush. Not knowing if breakfast was included or not. All I grabbed was a croissant. They could have said let me check if breakfast was paid for by your room number. Instead they charged me 20 euro for breakfast for a single croissant. The front desk was aggressive and unapologetic. That was just ridiculous.I would not stay here. They take no cash for purchases in the lobby and only care about taking your money.

My wife and I had wonderful stay at this hotel, we really loved the functionality and the comfort of the room. I must give a special mention to Marina who warmly welcomed us at the reception. Marina's professional, helpful and natural charisma provided a personal touch that made the stay all the more enjoyable. We enjoyed the stay so much we have now booked a week's holiday in the Staycity Apart hotel Bordeaux......keep up the good work guys!!

This aparthotel is very well located, close to the city centre, but in a quite street without too much noise. Everything is brand new so it is very nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The studio apartment are well designed and very well equipped with everything you might need for either a short or longer stay. There is everything you might need to cook your own meals - including a dishwasher - and a good selection of cooking supplies - pot, pan, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron etc.In this hotel, it is not possible to open the window so they have some type of ventilation in place which is quite noisy (if you are sensitive to noise like me). There also a big problem with the heating system. My room was constantly cold (around 17 degrees), despite I set the heating to 22 degrees there was no air coming out. The staff was very helpful and changed my room, but the new room had the same problem. I ended up getting a cold. I would not sleep there again during winter time because it is very cold. I find it surprising a 4 stars hotel is unable to guarantee some basics like a warm bedroom. Also there is no plug in the bathroom so you have to dry your hair in the room, which does not seem very good to me.

My stay at Staycity Aparthotel in Dublin was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly convenient, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The location was also great, making it easy to explore Dublin. I would definitely recommend Staycity Aparthotel to anyone visiting Dublin!

Conchúr M — Google review

Cheap and location is awesome but the bathroom pipes go through the room making it seem like you’re sleeping in the Dublin gutters. Also this part of the city is dirty as is much of it. The hotel inside is lovely and the beds are awesome. WiFi is great. My Mac didn’t want to charge for some reason and was at 5% while working.

Dmitry S — Google review

Great comfortable rooms with stove top, fridge, heated towel rack and generous shower. The front desk staff were great. Its location is close and an easy walk to many major attractions. Back to your room to freshen up, grab lunch, and continue your travels.

My recent stay at Staycity Aparthotels in Dublin in the City Centre was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Located centrally, the hotel offered convenience without sacrificing tranquility, providing a peaceful environment despite its bustling surroundings.Ipek and Christian at the reception were the epitome of hospitality, offering warm welcomes and assistance throughout my stay. Their kindness and professionalism were highly appreciated, adding an extra layer of warmth to the experience.Overall, I highly recommend the hotel:)Thanks again!

We stayed here our first night in Ireland, and it was a really convenient location for driving into the city from the airport. The spacious room and comfy bed made it easy to bounce back from our long flight, and we really loved the breakfast the next morning. Check in was very easy, everyone working there is incredibly nice and helpful. Our room had a mini kitchen, large fluffy bed, and a decent shower. The location is good especially if you want to save some money, or go to the nearby shopping area. We also booked parking through the hotel, which was the nearby Park Rite parking deck. There are plenty of nearby restaurants for dinner options, and a very easy area to walk around. The breakfast here is an additional cost, but it was one of the best breakfasts we had on the trip.

The hotel location was great, walking distance to most city attractions such as Trinity College and other famous churches. The area itself had great options for eating and walking activity.Service of the staff was excellent, we were able to check-in early and they were always ready to help and suggest activities.Room was perfect for two but too much for 3 ppl unless it was a small child.Kitchenette has all the basic essential for cooking and heating up food.Beds were comfortable. Shower is very small but plenty of space for small things.Overall had a good experience and will come back. They had strong internet connection.

MH A — Google review

Room are a reasonable size considering how they pack in a small kitchenette. Everything about this hotel feels new. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet, and they kept everything stock quite well.

Ian M — Google review

Everything was really clean. Bed was large and very comfortable. The room had nice kitchen facilities. Customer service was exceptional and all staff was very friendly and helpful. Would 100% come back and recomend.

Adriana K — Google review

Great stay at this hotel. Everything is brand new in the room. The staff was amazing, always receiving you with a smile. We had to check in at 16 but arrived in Dublin with an early flight, and Elena from the front desk was able to check us in early, which was great. When checking out, we had a late flight and we were able to leave baggage and stay working at the bar, and nobody ever even hinted that we were overstaying as it happened to us in other hotels. Small gestures like these make a big difference, and you feel welcome, which is the most important thing a hotel can provide to a guest. We will definitely come back on our next Dublin trip. Congratulations. :)

Seba D — Google review

Great location, right in the city center, tons of bars and shops nearby and easy to get places.Very kind staff at reception that makes you feel very welcome, always around to help you out.The rooms are tidy, but with rather small bathrooms. Also the doors in the apartment are all fire doors, meaning that they slam shut every time you go through them. Closes off the rooms all the time and can be really annoying (probably not an issue in the one room studios).

Mitchell A — Google review

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at Ireland. Stay here if you’re looking for an overpriced “youth hostel” where you won’t get any peace or quiet. I was kept up all weekend by noisy young guests using the spot for partying. I was woken up in the middle of the night at 3am by the guards knocking down my door asking me who I was and did I have other guests in my room. It was extremely invasive and no one apologized for disturbing me at such early hours of the morning. Not sure why I was targeted in their investigations of these rowdy guests, as I was traveling on my own and the hotel was aware of this upon my check in. It was an extremely disappointing experience as I paid a lot of money to stay here for 3 nights. I would not stay here again. The staff never once asked me how my stay was on check out and I know they were well aware of the disturbances I experienced staying on that floor. This was a terrible to my holiday in Ireland.

First time staying in a Staycity property and it wont be the last. We stayed midweek and the price was very reasonable for Dublin city centre. This is a fantastic location with easy access to Capel street, close to Temple bar and a short walk from O'Connell street. The room was clean, modern and had all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. Parking is nearby. The shower was hot and powerful. Very good wifi. Comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. The gym is 24 hours which is a real plus for me. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. You wont be disappointed.

Sean D — Google review

Was more or less exactly as expected, rooms clean and well equipped for what they are, everything fine. A little off the beaten track if you've never been to Dublin before, but not hard to find. Price was excellent value for the weekend we chose (we stayed on the Friday of St Patrick's weekend, so expected to pay a lot more) . A good experience all told, and a new option for other cities.

Location is great if you are going to walk Dublin. Rooms are very clean. Staff is friendly. The reason I rated rooms low is that all four of us had a hard time sleeping (3 nights) due to how hot the room was. No windows can be opened. We booked a larger room that had two thermostats. When we try to adjust them they say there is an overriding controls in place that will not allow changes.I am from the southern US and I would prefer colder indoor temp however to put in perspective ( I do not know the temp of the room I would guess it to be 80F.) my small Mexican wife was build for the heat. We have negotiated the temp of our house to stay at 74 F and she sleeps in a sweat shirt and sweat pants that are tucked in to thick socks. She is covered with a sheet, quilt, down comforter and my side of the comforter year round. She slept hot during this stay. Now we were very fortunate and got sunny warmer days for Ireland therefore this may not apply for cooler seasons/days.After the second night I asked staff for a fan and they said they don't have any but could adjust the room. Cold air blew for a few minutes, not enough to cool room off to where I would like it and then it turn off. Per staff the next morning the AC is turned off automatically at night for safety reasons.Again it is a great hotel and under other conditions it would have likely been the perfect place to stay but just want to warn those expecting AC.

*Spectacular Service at Staycity Dublin City Centre - A Testament to True Hospitality!*From the moment I stepped into Staycity Dublin City Centre, I knew I was in for a treat. The hospitality industry often promises a home away from home, but it's rare to find a place that truly delivers on that promise. At Staycity, not only is the promise kept, but it's also elevated to an art form, thanks to the incredible team working there. The staff at Staycity Dublin City Centre are nothing short of exceptional. They have mastered the almost forgotten art of genuine hospitality, where every guest is treated with the utmost respect and care. It's clear from the get-go that the team doesn't just aim to meet expectations; they strive to exceed them. Whether it's catering to a special request, providing insightful local recommendations, or simply offering a warm smile at the end of a long day, the staff goes that extra mile that makes all the difference. What truly sets this team apart is their unwavering dedication to service. Each member of the staff exhibits a level of professionalism and commitment that is both refreshing and inspiring. This isn't just about doing a job; it's about creating an experience. And it's this dedication that fosters a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, enveloping guests in a feeling of warmth and belonging from the moment they arrive to the moment they (reluctantly) depart. The ability of the team to anticipate and meet every possible need is a clear reflection of their professionalism. This proactive approach to guest service ensures that every stay is comfortable and carefree. It's rare in today’s fast-paced world to find such a dedicated team that consistently prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of their guests. In an era where genuine hospitality can sometimes seem like a thing of the past, Staycity Dublin City Centre stands out as a beacon of what true service can and should be. Their approach to guest satisfaction and care is not just a testament to their professionalism but also a significant factor in why I keep returning. To the entire team at Staycity Dublin City Centre, thank you for making our stay incredibly enjoyable and for showing that true hospitality is not only alive but thriving in the heart of Dublin. Your hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. I look forward to my next stay, confident in the knowledge that it will be just as exceptional as the last.

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights over New Year's Eve week. Elena, Vicky and the rest of the team were always very kind, friendly and willing to help. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a small but well-equipped kitchen. That the building had a laundry room (for an additional cost) was also very helpful. The location is good for exploring the center on foot, but in a quieter area.

Erica G — Google review

Fantastic rooms very well designed and practical. They provide you all the necessary utensils to cook in the kitchenette. Fantastic location with everything near by! Shops, restaurants, cafés, you name it. The staff are very nice at reception but can loose track of things as there’s always many people coming in and out. Cleaning staff could be better and need to be more aware of long staying clients in the rooms.
